Upcountry Tea
	Our UpCountry Tea is a relaxing and elegant way to enjoy your afternoon. Sit in our beautiful dining room, surrounded by a tropical rain forest, and sip one of our House Blended Teas--try our Signature Vanilla Tea, Emma's Garden ( a delightful blend of premium green teas with vanilla, rose and lavender), or Mauna Kea Sunset ( a favorite--black tea with vanilla and cinnamon). With your tea service, you wil receive our "Tower of Delight"--sweets and savories to endulge your appetite. A wonderful event to plan for friends to get together or, a perfect way to end your day after touring--we make a lovely place to rest on your way back from the volcano! Join owner, Jim Reddekopp, for a one-of-a-kind experience! Let him guide you on an hour-long agricultural and culinary journey as he tours you through the production of the Mill, farm and Vanillery. He will talk about the specifics of growing an industry and the many challenges and victories along the way. Truly inspirational! Finish your time with Jim by enjoying a sampling of goodies from the Vanilla Kitchen.
	The cost for the Upcountry Teas is $25/pp, plus tax and gratuity. Upcountry Tea is offered at 3:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Each tea is limited to 40 participants, minimum of 4 Advanced reservations are required. or Toll Free (877) 771-1771

Hawaiian Vanilla Experience Luncheon
	Come and join us for our most popular offering--the Hawaiian Vanilla Experience Luncheon! We promise to fill all of your senses; taste, smell, touch, hear, see and learn all about vanilla and the journey we have been on since we bought our first vanilla plant in 1998!
	We provide our signature Provincial lunch; orange-vanilla marinated breast and carmelized onions atop herbed focaccia bread, with our Vanilla-Mango Chutney aioli, Way South West roasted red potatoes, farm fresh organic greens with our best selling Vanilla-Raspberry Vinaigrette, crumbled feta and Vanilla-Honey-Peppered Pecans. We don't skimp on vanilla! Also enjoy our classic Vanilla Lemonade or Vanilla Tea with your lunch. After a presentation and introduction to vanilla, join the group for a short walk to our vanillery--our second acre of shade houses on the farm. When you return, enjoy some Hawaiian Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with one of our specialty dessert toppings--a delicious ending! During the luncheon Jim provides an in-depth look at how vanilla is grown and why Hawaiian Vanilla Company's vanilla is such a unique and delicious treat! ***Please note: The walk can be difficult for some people. We are located on the lower slopes of Mauna Kea and the roads can be steep. Weather can be inclement and proper footwear is highly recommended. The cost for the Luncheon is $36/pp and $15/pp for children ages 4 - 12. Children age 3 and under Free. Luncheons are offered most Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fridays.

Hawaiian Vanilla Tastings
	We invite you to join us for our Hawaiian Vanilla Mini Tasting and Presentation. The 45 minute presentation includes a discussion on how vanilla is grown, cultivated, pollinated and cured as well as an opportunity to sample some of the delicious items from our vanilla kitchen.
	The cost of the Tasting is $25/pp. Hawaiian Vanilla Tastings are offered at 10:00 AM everyday except Sunday.. Advanced reservations are required. or Toll Free (877) 771-1771
